Our story
Cien Sueños is an intimate retreat in the heart of Mérida's Historic Center, created for travelers who move without haste and seek something deeper than accommodation.
The historic house preserves original materials, textures, and structural traces, respectfully restored and reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Every space invites guests to slow down, observe, and breathe differently.

We are at Calle 64 #474, in the Historic Center of Mérida, Yucatán. About four blocks from the Plaza Grande and the Cathedral, a short walk from Parque Santa Lucía, and just over a kilometer from the start of Paseo de Montejo.
We are a small boutique hotel with six unique rooms, all different from one another. Five are designed for two guests and one, Sueños de Esperanza, accommodates up to four.
Yes. Mérida is recognized as one of the safest cities in Mexico. The Historic Center is a busy area day and night, well lit and with a constant tourist-police presence. Most guests walk around without concern at any hour.
Every room includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Egyptian cotton bedding, and access to the common areas: pool, gardens, and lounging spaces. Breakfast is offered as an add-on service, and as a courtesy you receive a welcome coffee and seasonal fruit.
Official check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m. We are very flexible: if you need to arrive earlier or leave later, just message us on WhatsApp in advance and we'll arrange it based on availability.
We welcome guests of all ages, including children. We do not currently accept pets, as the restored original materials of the mansion require special care. Parties are not permitted during regular stays, though the entire property can be reserved for private celebrations with limited guests.
Mérida International Airport (MID) is about 10 km from the Historic Center — a 15 to 25 minute drive. Options are authorized airport taxi, Uber, Didi, or private transfer. If requested in advance, we can arrange a private transfer for your arrival.
Four of the six rooms are on the ground floor: Sueño Dorado, Sueños de Esperanza, Sueño Celestial, and Sueño Profundo. Of these, Sueño Dorado and Sueño Celestial are the most suitable for reduced mobility thanks to the generous size of their spaces. For specific requirements, please message us on WhatsApp.
Sueños de Esperanza is the only room that accommodates up to four guests. It is the largest, ideal for small families or two couples traveling together. The base rate covers two people, with an additional charge per extra guest.
